What is already sitting inside your practice?

See the revenue already sitting in your diary — in dollars, in 60 seconds.

Four sliders, answered from memory. An illustrative read on the opportunity inside the patients, capacity and people you already have.

A conservative model, not a promise. It simply puts a number on what most practices never price: the opportunity already sitting inside the patients, capacity and people you have.

Responses may be stored anonymously to improve this assessment. No email is required to see your result. Please don’t enter patient or confidential practice information.

What this could be worth

$192,000$320,000

a year, at today’s numbers, on a 10% improvement.

  • Unused capacity$120,000

Your diary reads “mostly full, some gaps”, so the opportunity here sits in gaps and short-notice changes.

  • Treatment not proceeding$200,000

With “around half” going ahead, the next gain comes from treatment conversations.

  • Where it comes from$2,000,000

Nothing here assumes new patients, new chairs or new marketing spend — only the practice you already run.

The question isn’t whether the opportunity is there. It’s which few changes release it without asking more of you.

Illustrative only — based on your inputs and simple assumptions; not a forecast or guarantee of revenue or profit.

How the work runs

The SWIFT approach

A practical way of improving what matters most — commercially, professionally and personally.

  1. S

    See differently

Question the assumptions and look at the whole system, not the symptom.

  2. W

    Work humanly

Understand what people actually think, feel and need — owners, team and patients.

  3. I

    Innovate intelligently

Use systems, technology and practical AI only where they genuinely help.

  4. F

    Find the leverage

Focus on the few changes that make a disproportionate difference.

  5. T

    Transform what matters

Commercially, professionally, personally — and make it stick.

  • For the owner

    Freedom. Fulfilment. Future ready.

  • For the team

    Engaged. Empowered. Growing.

  • For the patient

    Better experience. More confidence.

  • For the business

    Stronger systems. Sustainable growth.

Small Swift moves. Profound transformations.

Who you work with

I don’t study this work from the outside. I live it.

I own an Australian dental practice that runs well without me in it day to day. Not through hustle — through developing people, sharpening the few decisions that matter, and letting go of the rest.

A practice, a family, and 50+ countries — because success should give you a life, not consume it.

  • Dental practice owner
  • 20+ years in people, leadership & transformation

  • Certified leadership, mindset & EQ coach
  • Multi-award-winning people leader

A dental practice is never only a dental problem.

It is commercial, human, behavioural, organisational and personal. My career has unusually crossed all of those worlds.

Before you write

Questions people ask first.

The honest answers — including the ones most people are too polite to ask out loud.

  • “I don’t have the time.”

That is usually the symptom, not the obstacle. The first work is almost always removing something, not adding it.

  • “I’ve tried a coach before.”

Most programmes hand you a template. This is private 1:1 work with someone who owns a practice and has made the decisions you are facing.

  • “My practice isn’t broken.”

Good. The strongest gains are found in practices that already work — where the constraint is leverage, not repair.

  • “What will it cost?”

There is no set package or price list. We diagnose first, then design the work and its cost around the outcome you want. The first conversation is complimentary, with no pitch.

  • “I’m not in Brisbane.”

Most of the work is virtual and runs Australia-wide. In-person strategy days and team facilitation can be arranged nationally.

  • “Will this stay private?”

Yes. Nothing about you, your practice or your team is shared, named or used as a case study without your written permission.

I'm already successful. Is this still for me?

You're not looking for rescue. You're looking for leverage—the few moves that compound. Success doesn't solve itself. Most established owners have built something strong and still find themselves more limited by their own involvement than by opportunity.

Why work with someone who isn't a dentist?

The leverage sits where clinical expertise alone stops: patients deciding, teams working together, leaders creating ownership, and owners deciding what all this success is actually for. You bring the dentistry. I bring the people, performance and big-picture lens.

Is this about selling treatment harder?

No. It's understanding. When patients understand the need, options and timing, they decide for themselves. This is communication and trust, never pressure.

I already have a practice manager and an accountant.

Good. They handle different work. A practice manager usually coordinates execution. An accountant usually reports numbers. This is about decision rights, distributed leadership, and what your role actually is—different domain.

I don't have time for another program.

This isn't a program. It's a private conversation where we identify the one or two things actually holding you back, then you move on them with your team. No weekly calls, no modules, no sequences.

What if I don't know what actually needs fixing?

That's exactly what the first advisory is for. You bring the situation. I ask the questions that uncover what's really in the way—it's rarely what you think it is.

Do you use AI?

AI is a tool now, not the strategy. It accelerates whatever it finds. If the practice is complicated, AI makes it faster-complicated. If it's simplified, AI removes the admin and frees your headspace. The work starts with clarity, not tools.

Do I have to want to leave clinical dentistry?

No. This is about working less clinically while maintaining or growing production. Some owners step back entirely. Some go to one or two clinical days and stay there. Your choice.

Is this only about the business?

No. The business is the vehicle. The destination is family, health, travel, time, wealth—what you actually wanted the success to make possible in the first place.

Are you a dental business coach, practice consultant or advisor?

Private advisory is the umbrella. Within it, the mode follows the problem: sometimes strategic advice, sometimes consulting, sometimes coaching, sometimes facilitation with the whole team. Owners who search for a dental business coach, dental practice coach, dental practice consultant or dental practice advisor are usually describing the same need—someone to help identify the right changes and make them stick.

Do you run strategy days, workshops or team facilitation?

Yes. Alongside ongoing private advisory, Swift runs practice strategy days (in person or virtual), leadership development and dental team training, culture workshops, vision, mission and values workshops, and bespoke facilitation covering patient experience, treatment communication, Practice Manager capability, recruitment, retention, career pathways and succession planning. Brisbane in person, Australia-wide virtual, and national in person by arrangement. No predetermined program—the work is designed around the outcome.

Can you help with recruitment, retention and succession?

Yes. Recruitment, role design, retention, career pathways, Practice Manager development and succession planning are core commercial work, not side issues. Most retention problems are really role design, leadership and development problems, and succession is far easier when leadership is already distributed.

How personal does this get?

As personal as is relevant, appropriate and useful—and no further. The practice affects the person and the person affects the practice, so capacity, confidence, role and what the success is for are legitimately part of the work. Trust isn't assumed. It is earned through useful work.

Can my partner or co-owner be involved?

Yes. Where a partner, co-owner or family member is materially part of the system—ownership, decisions, finances or the shape of the week—they are welcome to be part of the work.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Swift is a private commercial and leadership advisory. Specialist clinical mental-health care is outside Swift's scope, and where that is what someone needs, the right answer is a qualified clinician.

What actually happens in the first conversation?

A private 1:1 conversation. You describe the situation; we work out what is genuinely in the way and what the highest-leverage next move is. You leave with a clearer read on the constraint whether or not anything follows. Complimentary, and there is no pitch.

Is there a set package or price list?

No predetermined package. We diagnose first and prescribe second, then design the work—advisory, consulting, coaching or facilitation—around the outcome you actually want. The first conversation is complimentary and there is no pitch.

What does a dental practice consultant or coach cost in Australia?

Most of the market is priced as hourly or day rates for project work, a monthly retainer for ongoing support, or a fixed-scope engagement—retainers being the most common for established practices. Swift work is bespoke, so scope and cadence set the figure, and it is agreed openly before anything starts. The first conversation is complimentary.
